Uplifting Arts Education Across Croton-Harmon Schools

CHAMP Boosters, Inc. is a volunteer-led nonprofit supporting vibrant, well-resourced arts education in Croton-Harmon schools.

While the district funds the arts, many programs face real limitations. CHAMP exists to help close that gap—through funding, advocacy, and community support—so programs can thrive, not just get by.

We believe the arts are essential to student growth and community identity. Our role is to boost what's already happening: to make sure arts programs are seen, valued, and well-supported.

We don’t shape curriculum or direct instruction. We partner with educators, raise visibility, and provide resources that help creative opportunities grow.

CHAMP is currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.
This website serves as a preliminary hub while we build the organization.

Mission

CHAMP Boosters supports and strengthens the arts within the Croton-Harmon schools by funding core program needs, enhancing student opportunities, and promoting vibrant arts education. We provide financial, advocacy, and organizational support to the District’s arts disciplines through fundraising, community engagement, and student showcases to ensure all students have access to high-quality arts experiences and enrichment.

Why it matters

Every instrument funded, every stage lit, every student performance supported—these are not extras. They're opportunities for students to grow as learners, leaders, and creative thinkers. CHAMP exists to make sure the arts are not sidelined, but celebrated and fully resourced.
